Prof. Prabu holds a PhD in Production and Quantitative Methods from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to IIM Trichy, he taught at IIM Ranchi. He teaches Operations Management, Operations Research and Business Statistics, and has published in the European Journal of Operational Research, the International Journal of Production Economics and the International Journal of Production Research

Dr. Jyotirmoy Dalal
Dr. Dalal holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and has held faculty positions at University of Sheffield (UK), IIM Lucknow and IIM Udaipur. His work focuses on large-scale optimisation, humanitarian logistics, and stochastic & robust optimisation, with research published in Transportation Science, Naval Research Logistics, International Journal of Production Economics and IISE Transactions

CAMPUS IMMERSION
Placed in the closing weeks, the 2-days immersion is where the online rigour lands in a room at IIM Tiruchirappalli - faculty in person, senior peers, and the academic bar that defines an IIM.


Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli
2 days at the IIM Tiruchirappalli campus (Chinna Sooriyur, Tiruchirappalli — a 175-acre campus), including a closing valedictory session. Mandatory to earn the certificate. Accommodation, meals and local transfers are covered in the fee. Travel to and from Tiruchirappalli is arranged and borne by the participant.

The IIM Tiruchirappalli certificate is presented in person by faculty, on campus, at the close of the immersion.
Certificate
To be awarded the certificate, participants must maintain a minimum 70% attendance across live sessions and achieve a minimum 35% overall assessment score in the programme.
